Change Management Strategy

Partnered with the Board of Directors of a large medical products company to implement organizational change at the national level for business analytics initiatives.  Identified and planned for change management initiatives. Developed content to implement and support change across the country.  Designed learning materials, delivered and managed training and evaluated growth and development, and for train the trainer initiatives. 

Learning & Development Content

Partnered with the banking industry to identify, manage and develop learning content for data management and policy initiatives. Applied the ADDIE methodology to develop customized content. Conducted interviews with subject matter experts and focus group, and supported the roll out of the new change initiatives in the bank. 

E-Learning Initiatives

Partnered with a large medical instruments company to identify and roll-out a long term learning initiative for new business intelligence and Microsoft solutions.  Applied the ADDIE approach to identify & confirm learning strategies & requirements. Developed and implemented e-learning modules to support the long-term learning strategy. 

PowerPoint Development

Partnered with the finance industry to create and design and PowerPoint presentations for change initiative project. This involves creating and presenting prototypes and ensuring the presentation follows the corporate template style of the business.

Utilized the Strong Interest Inventory and other formal-based assessments to customize personalized learning plans for  life achievements and growth. Consultant with young adults, youth and professional adults to identify a new life plan.
