With a talented team of Instructional Designers, we partner with small to large businesses for the  development of custom learning solutions. We apply adult learning principles such as ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement & evaluate) and/ or 

AGILE methodologies to identify and design effective learning for all organizational needs. 


Brainy services include:


  • Instructional Design (ID) Services: Provide complete ID services for all learning needs and modalities which can include: Self-paced, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Blended learning, E-learning, Mobile learning,    Job aides, Simulations, etc.).
  • Learning Needs Assessments: Conduct and delivery learning needs assessments to identity gaps in learning, learning need and goals to align to business objectives.
  • Learning Strategy: Identify and develop learning strategy aligned to learning needs assessment and business goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Working with Subject Matter Experts or Business Leaders to identify the curriculum plan and learning outcomes to support organizational or business objectives.
  • Content Development: Create learning content aligned to learning and business goal during life cycle development for learning artifacts.
  • Accessible Documentation: Create accessible documents to support all organizational or business standards for learning delivery and circulation.

Partnered with the Board of Directors of a large medical products company to implement organizational change at the national level for business analytics initiatives.  Identified and planned for change enablement initiatives with short term and long terms goals. Developed content to implement and support change across the country.  Designed learning materials, delivered and managed training and evaluated growth and development, and for Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives.

Partnered with the banking industry to identify, manage and develop learning content for data management and policy initiatives. Applied the AGILE methodology to develop customized content. Conducted interviews with subject matter experts and focus group, and supported the roll out of the new change initiatives in the bank.
