They are useful assessments during career exploration & planning instrument to help direct an ideal career or educational path by identifying your inherent personality types in four letter codes. The four categories and codes are Introversion (I) & Extroversion (E), Sensing (S) & Intuition (I), Thinking (T) & Feeling (F), Judging (J) & Perception (P).
